I'm Back

I have returned from my walk. I'm sure you were all waiting on bated breath to hear my walk report.

Just wanted to say that this was no goofing-off-type walk. We, Lucy (the dog), and I hit the foothills and did some trail running. My average and max heart rates were higher on this walk than I managed to get them on the "goof off ride" this morning.
